At ANGLICARE, we see the safety of our employees, clients and visitors as our responsibility. As such, ANGLICARE is committed providing a safe and healthy work environment, comprehensive workplace training, and education in occupational health and safety and injury management.

ANGLICARE also supports employees through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides employees with access to a professional and confidential counselling service to help maintain or restore a healthy level of well-being. The EAP is an additional means of support, along with management counselling and advice from the People, Learning and Culture department.
