At ANGLICARE we will continue to work closely with all our staff to identify skill development requirements within our services. People Learning and Culture strategy for 2008 includes the provision of a range of training options to meet staff needs.

Traineeship and skills recognition programs will provide opportunities for our staff to formalise their knowledge, especially those who have never held a formal qualification.
