Chaplaincy Team
The ANGLICARE chaplaincy team of about 30 people includes men and women, ordained and lay, full-time and part-time.
- Theologically trained with a clear understanding of the gospel and ability to think and respond biblically
- Pastorally competent, with training and experience in pastoral ministry in parish or other ministries
- Exceptional listeners who demonstrate genuine empathy
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes and challenging situations
- Willing to learn from others and undergo further development and training
- Self-starters who remain motivated and persist through difficulty
- Team players willing to be part of a chaplaincy team and members of a multi-disciplinary team within the institution
ANGLICARE management, through the Assistant Director – Chaplaincy, supports chaplains in their ministry. We are always keen to discuss the ministry opportunities with anyone considering this area of ministry.
