The dedicated staff at Chesalon Services work under the guidance of professional managers. We take pride in the expertise of our teams; their dedication to the people they care for; and their commitment to the ANGLICARE values. Our staff are provided with comprehensive, ongoing training in aged-care dementia, cultural awareness and ageing-related issues.
Friends and relatives are encouraged to take an active role in the ongoing care of their frail relative or friend. Volunteers are also a key part of the caring team, providing prayer support, raising funds and sharing their skills to enhance the quality of life for Australian seniors.
