PREPARE - Relationship Coaching for Individual Couples
A marriage preparation service for couples who prefer the personal option for marriage preparation.
Prepare is an online customised inventory of questions and 3 sessions with a trained facilitator.
The material covers relationship strengths and growth areas, assertiveness and active listening skills, learning how to resolve conflict, discussion of family background, stress levels and your goals as a couple.
Prepare is offered in Balgowlah, Bowral, Epping, Five Dock, Kensington, Lower Blue Mountains, Narrabeen, Parramatta, Penrith, Sutherland, St Marys, West Pennant Hills and Wollongong.
Cost $253.00 per couple & $US33.00 paid online when completing the inventory
ONE DAY GROUP SEMINARS
Growing Together
Learn effective ways of communicating, handling conflict, the meaning of commitment, sexual and emotional intimacy, money matters and spiritual beliefs.
All sharing is between your partner and yourself.
One Day seminars are offered in Campbelltown, Darling Point, Kensington, Miranda, Parramatta, Penrith, Turramurra, and Dapto.
Cost $220.00 per couple
Growing Together… Again
This is a course for couples where one or both partners have been married before. The presenters have both been married before and will cover areas such as step parenting and blended families as well as the topics listed in the Growing Together One day seminar course.
The program is held only at Parramatta.

RESIDENTIAL WEEKEND
Growing Together into Christian Marriage
This weekend program covers all the material in the Growing Together one day seminar with plenty of time for Christian fellowship and discussion.
The residential weekend is held at Minnamurra on the South Coast of NSW.

Building Stronger Marriages
ENRICH
ANGLICARE is pleased to offer an individual option for couples who would prefer it. Attend a series of three appointments with an experienced relationship coach using the PREPARE-ENRICH marriage questionnaire.
After meeting with your relationship coach, you complete the questionnaire online, the results are processed and you receive a couple profile giving you lots of information about your strengths as a couple and pointing out areas to work on in order to strengthen your marriage relationship. This is suitable for couples at any age or stage of their marriage relationship. It’s never too late to give your marriage a boost by doing some marriage enrichment work together.
Cost: $253 plus the cost of processing the questionnaire ($US33)
Encouraging the Heart Residentials - A Marriage Enrichment Experience
Program Content - "Encouraging the Heart" is a weekend designed to encourage and support married couples. The length of your marriage is not important; all are welcome and will find their place in the program. The emphasis is on heartfelt communication and communicating heartfelt love.
This focus provides the basis for revisiting the skills of developing heartfelt conversations, resolving differences, understanding cycles in conflictual behaviour and experiencing genuine intimacy.
Couples will experience this in a safe atmosphere of Christian community. You will not be expected to participate in any level of activity not of your choosing.
There will be plenty of opportunities for couple time together. The program has a variety of content.
