This "Refer-a-Friend" promotion (the "Promotion") is available to eligible existing residents ("Referrer") who refer a new residence ("Referred Friend") to reserve at Goodwin Village. The Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and is limited to referrals between Monday, 7 July and Monday, 15 September 2025.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all existing Goodwin Village residents and deposit holders ("Referrer"). The Referred Friend must reserve at Goodwin Village and deposit by 30th September 2025 and move in by 31 December 2025.
Referrals must be submitted via the designated referral platform or method outlined in the Promotion details.
3. Referral Process
The Referrer must provide their Referred Friends contact details. The Referred Friend must follow the specific referral instructions. Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend must meet all eligibility criteria for the referral to be valid.
4. Referral Reward
Upon successful completion of the Referred Friend’s reservation of a Goodwin Village residence by 15thSeptember 2025, post settling in period (100 days from date of entry), the referrer will receive a reward, as specified in the Promotion details (e.g., $2,000 prepaid voucher).
The reward for the Referrer will only be granted after the Referred Friend has met the required criteria.
The Referred Friend may also receive a reward or benefit as specified in the Promotion details.
5. Limitations
Only one referral reward can be earned per Referrer per Referred Friend.
This Promotion is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
6. Exclusions
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Anglicare Sydney are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
Referrals that are deemed fraudulent or in violation of these Terms and Conditions will not be honoured, and both the Referrer and Referred Friend may be disqualified from the Promotion.
7. Termination or Modification
Anglicare Sydney reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or abuse of the Promotion.
8. No Cash Value
The reward provided to the Referrer or Referred Friend under this Promotion has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Privacy
By participating in the Promotion, both Referrer and Referred Friend agree to Anglicare Sydney's Privacy Policy. Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
10. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
