Triple P Seminars

Triple P - Positive Parenting Program is a parenting program for all families that provides practical answers to everyday parenting concerns.  Parents and carers learn how to use positive parenting to promote their children’s health and wellbeing

 

Three x 90 minute information sessions on parenting children from birth to 12 years. 

 

Seminar 1: The Power of Positive Parenting

Seminar 2: Raising Confident, Competent Children

Seminar 3: Raising Resilient Children

Available on request for groups of 10 or more

Bringing Up Great Kids

A six week x 2 hour engaging parenting group for parents of children 0-8 years where parents and carers:

 

  • Learn more about what’s behind their own parenting style and how it can be more effective;
  • Identify the important messages they want to give to their children and how to achieve this;
  • Learn more about brain development and its influence on children; and
  • Discover strategies to help them be the kind of parent they would like to be.

Understanding My Emotions

A 4 session group for women who want to understand their emotions and the effects they can have on relationships at home and work. We explore how events trigger our emotions and include an understanding of our anger and grief responses.

A two part group for young couples (under 30 years) who would like to strengthen their skills for building a life together
