Accessing NDIS services
If you have a mental health challenge causing permanent and significant functional impairment you may be eligible for funding through the NDIS.
Am I eligible?
Not sure if you're eligible for the NDIS? There are a few factors that determine eligibility including, residency and age.
To learn more about NDIS eligibility criteria, visit the NDIS website or call the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) on 1800 800 110.
How do I get started with the NDIS?
You can use the NDIS Access Checklist to see if you meet the access requirements.
You can call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to request an Access Request Form.
Once this is completed and returned, the NDIS will contact you to arrange an initial assessment and a time for a planning meeting.
Already have an NDIS plan, we can help!
If you already have your NDIS plan in place, our staff can help you to:
- interpret and understand your plan
- connect with the programs and services that will support your recovery and enhance your independence
- get the most out of your NDIS funding
If you do not have your NDIS plan, our team can assist you with information on how to apply for an NDIS package.
Greater choice, flexibility and independence
Services provided under the NDIS are designed to provide you with supports that enable you to meet your life goals and live as independently as possible. As funding is allocated to you, rather than the provider, you are able to choose the supplier most aligned to your values, needs and life goals.
