If you’re on a level 3 or 4 home care package with high care needs, we can support you with a wide range of services. Enjoy peace of mind, knowing your health and support needs are in caring, professional hands.
Health care to you
Nursing and allied health provision in your home. You’ll have access to a range of health professionals, including registered nurses, physiotherapists and occupational theapists.
Dementia care
Dementia care supported by a professional team of registered nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and care workers. You’ll also have access to our Dementia Advisory Services unit which supports those living with dementia and their families with education and social support programs.
Products & home modifications
Purchased or leased using your package funds. Products can include anything from walking aids, personal alarms and motorised scooters to continence aids and health supplements. Home modifications can also be made to help you remain independent and keep you safe.
Showering assistance
Personal care including showering, dressing and grooming. Completed by our trained and caring care workers.
Shopping assistance
Shopping support where a care worker accompanies you to the shops or shops for you unaccompanied.
Respite and social support
Respite and social support through our social groups and respite centres. Enjoy stimulating activities and outings in a social setting. If you prefer staying home, our care workers can pop around for a cup of tea and a chat.
