On the 31st August, Anglicare Sydney’s security and data systems were subject to a malicious cyber-attack. There is a disturbing trend for Australian healthcare providers experiencing these types of attacks in recent months. A number of our key systems are currently not working and are now being restored. This means there may be some delays or disruption in services until the systems are fully functioning.
In the meantime, we encourage you to get in contact with us via email rather than phone.
Anglicare has alerted all relevant authorities and is working closely with external partners including cyber security experts to restore systems and functionality.
