At Anglicare we are grateful to partner with supporters in every generation, and sometimes with families of three generations of faithful supporters at a time!  In May 2025, Anglicare launched Now & Next, inviting Millennials and Gen Z to step forward as emerging leaders in giving and community impact. The vision is to collaborate with a new generation, driven by the love of Christ, to transform lives through their ideas, resources, time and talents. Together, we put philanthropia, the love of humanity, into practice.

With social challenges growing and communities in need, the call to give, serve and lead has never been more vital. Christian-led philanthropy has long transformed society, building hospitals, schools and support networks that point back to Jesus' sacrifice and compassion.

Now & Next encourages young leaders to be curious and contribute with confidence stepping into their God-given calling. We are looking for leaders willing to leverage their experience, their career and businesses to also provide philanthropic leadership: Giving with purpose, compassion, and conviction to help those in need.

The journey began with a keynote from Rev. Dr John Dickson, who explored the history and influence of philanthropy and inspired participants to consider how they can contribute.

Our next gathering will be on Wednesday 24 September at Parliament House with The Hon. Rob Stokes, who will host a fireside conversation around leadership and tackling some of our toughest challenges including making housing available for all people and building thriving communities.

If you or someone you know, between the ages of 25 to 48 would like to be part of this inspiring network, please share this and get in touch with the email below.
