Leadership development

Leadership essentials

At Anglicare, we believe that leadership is more than just a position—it's about action and contribution. Leadership Essentials is a 20–40-hour practical development program over 4-8 months designed to strengthen your leadership character and capabilities to lead yourself and others with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Catalyst

Catalyst is a 16-month (80 hour) leadership development pathway for leaders of leaders to grow, connect and progress. It is designed to deepen leadership faithfulness and strengthen fruitfulness, developing seven focus skills to enable delivery of the Side-by-Side strategic objectives.

Management skill development 

30/30 Management Essentials 

Invest 30 minutes a week in the flow of work to develop the management skills that actually matter with four focused streams aligned with our CEO priorities (Delight our Customers; Grow our Impact; Empower our People and Accelerate our Future).

Project & change management 

Project & change management essentials 

A hands-on 6-month journey (20 hours) through project and change management that helps you learn how to confidently plan, lead and complete projects and manage change.

Coach & grow others 

Think-lead-create 

Anglicare’s 4-month (20 hour) development journey to equip you to have effective coaching conversations that facilitate positive change by improving thinking. 

Anglicare coaching gym 

Following on from Think-Lead-Create, the Coaching Gym is a facilitated small group experience (6 monthly sessions) to strengthen our coaching muscles by tacking real on the job leadership challenges, exchange coaching best practices and continue to build coaching confidence and competence.
