Whether you’re trying to improve your own sense of wellbeing, seeking assistance with troubling matters or wanting to support a loved one, we are here to help.

Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for people seeking information, advice or mental health support.

What is it? Created in collaboration with the local community, Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub is a free service for adults and young persons in Shoalhaven Region who are seeking emotional wellbeing and mental health support.

This adult mental health centre is funded by the Australian Government to support people in times of distress.

Who is it for? This service is open to anyone who may need mental health support. Family and friends of people experiencing mental ill health can also seek information and advice.

How do we help? Our team will work with you to understand what will help right now, and then if needed, help you find the right support for later. We offer a ‘no wrong door’ entry point for people who need:

• Immediate mental health support when experiencing distress.
• Short to medium term mental health and wellbeing support.
• Service navigation and helpful, relevant information and advice
• Connection and referrals for ongoing support.

Who we are? Some of our Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub team have experienced a mental health crisis themselves and understand what you may be going through. All of our team have experience supporting those with mental health challenges or emotional distress. Our Shoalhaven Mental Health Hub team comprises of both clinical staff and non-clinical staff.

Referral If you know someone who may benefit from our service, we accept referrals from GPs, mental health services, community services, carers, families and individuals
