Youth Support

The Reconnect program works with young people who are at risk of homelessness and/or are experiencing family breakdown. Reconnect works with young people from ages 12-18 years or ages 12-21 years for newly arrived young people. Reconnect provides services to support young people experiencing difficulty in family relationships and/or peer groups. Support is also provided for young people who have recently left home or are thinking of living home and young people who are disengaging from education.

Service Available:

Reconnect supports young people and their families. Our service includes:

  • Individual Counselling/Support
  • Family Mediation
  • Practical Support
  • Group Activities
  • Information and support in accommodation options, education, employment, community involvement and recreation.

Locations Providing Service:

Reconnect is a free service and available for young people and their families living in the areas below

Fairfield and Liverpool Local Government Areas with office located at Cabramatta. For referrals please contact us on 9728 0200.

Anglicare Youth Connect

Anglicare Youth Connect (AYC) is a Youth Mentoring program run in partnership with the local churches of the Sydney Anglican Diocese.
