People who have been incarcerated are often trapped in a cycle of hanging with others who do the same. When people leave prison they find themselves falling back in with the ‘old crowd’ and back on the ‘merry-go-round’ heading for more trouble. Liverpool Community Chaplaincy is providing multiple activities that create opportunities to help people trapped in this cycle in practical ways to see real change. This includes life skills course, volunteering opportunities, Godstuff (bible study) and work and Development Orders (helping reduce fine/s debts).

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. (2Co 5:17-18)
