Use your care package funds to purchase or lease walking aids, personal alarms, motorised scooters, continence aids, health supplements and more.
Restorative Care
The Short-Term Restorative Care Programme might be for you if you’re having difficulty with everyday tasks, following a hospital admission or your physical abilities impacted.
Home modifications
Use your care package funds to make modifications to your home that will help you remain independent and also keep you safe.
End of Life Pathway
Anglicare provides compassionate, dignified care and support—helping you and your loved ones navigate this time with comfort and peace
Dementia Care
You and your family can also use Anglicare’s Dementia Advisory Services unit for education and support to help you better manage your current situation, including peer support group.
