Anglicare Sydney has today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of aged care provider Infinite Care, which includes Infinite Care’s recent acquisition of Autumn Aged Care.

Together, Anglicare Sydney, Infinite Care and Autumn Aged Care now operate 46 residential aged care homes, with approximately 5,300 beds and around 7,500 staff across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.

This milestone establishes a leading national Christian for-purpose residential aged care provider, significantly expanding Anglicare Sydney’s presence and capacity to serve older Australians across multiple states.

Residents continue to receive high-quality care from the trusted teams they know, without disruption to day-to-day care.

Chief Executive Officer of Anglicare Sydney, Simon Miller, said the completion marks an important step in building scale and sustainability in a rapidly changing aged care sector.

“Together with Infinite Care and Autumn Aged Care, we are bringing together three organisations with a shared commitment to dignity, belonging and whole-of-person care.

“Infinite Care and Autumn Aged Care are both high-quality, resident-focused providers with very capable teams. Bringing our organisations together creates the opportunity for a powerful platform to build on their strengths and deliver even greater care and choice to older Australians.”

Laurie Boxwell, Chief Executive of Residential Care at Anglicare Sydney said, “Our focus now is on building something together, where we can combine best practice across our organisations to deliver life-enriching care for residents and greater opportunities for our teams.”

The combined residential care organisation is well positioned to respond to growing demand in aged care, including bringing new beds to the market through development opportunities across the expanded portfolio.

Both Infinite Care and Autumn Aged Care will continue to operate under their existing brand names for the immediate future.

Luke Greive, Chief Executive Officer of Infinite Care, said joining with Anglicare Sydney strengthens the ability to deliver high-quality, holistic care to residents.

“At Infinite Care, we believe aged care is about dignity, belonging and creating places our residents are proud to call home.

“Joining with Anglicare Sydney strengthens our ability to deliver whole-of-person care, supporting residents clinically, emotionally and spiritually.”
