Double Win for Anglicare at the 2026 National Retirement Living Awards 

Anglicare’s Seniors Communities team has been recognised at the Property Council’s 2026 National Retirement Living Awards, taking home awards for Marketing Excellence and Future Leader of the Year Community Leadership.     

The Seniors Communities Marketing Team win was in the category Marketing Excellence – Small Operator. The award recognises the team’s highly praised “Discover a New You” campaign for Anglicare’s Oran Park Village.

“Discover a New You” highlights Anglicare’s belief that when residents move into a retirement village, their world doesn't shrink; it expands with possibilities for residents to discover other sides of themselves.  

With stories shared by Oran Park’s residents, the integrated campaign ran across TV, cinema, large-format outdoor, full-bus wraps, radio, print, direct mail and digital. The campaign resulted in 11.2 million impressions, 84+ leads, and 1,626 new organic website visitors.  

During his acceptance speech, James Poulos, Anglicare’s General Manager of Commercial & Strategy shared:  

This campaign started with a simple belief: retirement isn’t about slowing down — it’s about embracing new possibilities. The stories, energy and optimism of our residents inspired every part of the Discover a New You campaign, and this recognition really belongs to them.  

Thank you to our residents for sharing their experiences so generously, our sales and village teams for bringing the vision to life, and our marketing and agency partners for their creativity and commitment. 

Congratulations also to Imogen Herperger, Program Manager in Senior Communities Strategic Initiatives, who was recognised as Future Leader of the Year in the Community Leadership category. Imogen’s win celebrates her dedication and commitment to her work within the Senior Communities team.
