Important update about Anglicare's Home Care Services
Changes to community-based home care services
From 2 November 2026, Anglicare’s community-based home care operations have transferred to HammondCare. As part of this transition, Anglicare is no longer entering into new Support at Home agreements with clients living in community. If you are seeking Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services, please get in touch using the Anglicare contact details below.
Following this change, Anglicare will continue to provide home care services exclusively to residents living in our Retirement Living villages. We remain committed to supporting our residents to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life through care and services tailored to their needs.
