What does a care worker do?

Our care workers are responsible for looking after elderly clients with compassion and professionalism. Some of the support services our care workers assist with include: personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, transport and social support.


What do I need to become a care worker?

  • Willingness to learn and a heart for the elderly
  • Friendly and professional communicator
  • NSW C Class Motor Vehicle Licence (required)
  • NSW registered and insured motor vehicle with minimum third party insurance (required)
