We act with professionalism and accountability, ensuring our villages operate in ways that honour the trust residents and families place in us. Our adherence to the Code is reviewed annually so we can continually improve the services we provide.
Handling and resolving complaints
We listen carefully and respectfully to feedback from prospective and current residents. Our complaint-handling processes are designed to ensure concerns are addressed promptly, fairly and with the individual’s wellbeing at the centre.
Residents who wish to seek further support can also raise their concerns with the Code Administrator.

Moving into a community
Choosing a retirement village is a significant decision. We make this process as clear and transparent as possible by providing accurate information about costs, contracts, and the services available. Our sales and marketing materials are prepared with care to ensure they meet all relevant legal and ethical standards.
Living in a community
Resident wellbeing is at the heart of our work. We provide thoughtfully designed facilities, meaningful activities, and wellbeing services in a supportive environment that enables residents to live with confidence and purpose.a
Our team members receive ongoing training and development to ensure they can offer the highest standard of service. We take pride in maintaining our communities to a safe, comfortable, and consistently high standard.
Leaving a community
If a resident chooses to leave an Anglicare community, we communicate the process clearly, respectfully and compassionately with them or their representative.
When re-selling a residence, we ensure exit entitlements are paid in accordance with the resident contract and all relevant legislation.
