Residents who wish to seek further support can also raise their concerns with the Code Administrator.

If a resident chooses to leave an Anglicare community, we communicate the process clearly, respectfully and compassionately with them or their representative.
When re-selling a residence, we ensure exit entitlements are paid in accordance with the resident contract and all relevant legislation.
