The Sandon Point Seniors Living Development is a high-quality seniors living facility proposed by Anglicare at Bulli in the Northern Illawarra.

The facility will address the pressing shortage of seniors housing and aged care in the region, providing local seniors with more options to stay within their own community as their needs changes.

The development to be built on the former Cookson Plibrico site, is the third stage of a concept initially approved by the NSW Government in 2007. Residential developments immediately to the north and south of the Anglicare site have been completed under the same concept approval.

The development will include 229 independent living units fostering a concept of 'care in place', and will also house 46 residential aged care beds, including specialised dementia services.

It will also feature a range of shared amenities ranging from retail to medical services and is complemented by recreational features such as a pool, café and restaurant.
