- Housing Appeals Committee - The NSW Housing Appeals Committee (HAC) is an independent agency which deals with appeals from people who are unhappy with decision made by social housing providers. To contact HAC, either call them on 1800 629 794 or visit the HAC website.
- NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) - NCAT can deal with housing disputes about living in public housing, community housing, Aboriginal housing or co-operative housing. NCAT cannot determine appeals about administrative decisions made by a social housing provider such as eligibility, allocations, rent subsidies and transfers. To contact NCAT, visit the NCAT website.
- NSW Registrar for Community Housing - The NSW Registrar of Community Housing deals with complaints about our compliance with the Community Housing Provider’s Law (the National Law) including the National Regulatory Code. To contact the Registrar, visit the RCH website.
