Individual Support

EWS offers you up to seven sessions of individual counselling to support your psychological and emotional concerns.

Our trained professionals will address your concerns and improve your emotional wellbeing and quality of life.

Sessions are held face-to-face, online or over the phone.

Group Support

EWS run free topic-based group programs to support your emotional and mental well-being. The groups are held online for an hour for up to 4 sessions in a small group setting.

Team Support: EWS can also work with your organisation to run a relevant in-person group for your team.
