We support people living with dementia and their carers by providing support groups, dementia support strategies, updates on latest research, education sessions, peer support groups for people living with dementia and access to resources for carers. We also provide information about how to slow the progress and delay the onset of dementia, and reduce the risk of developing dementia.
The role of carer can be both a stressful and rewarding time. The increased responsibilities aren’t easy and it’s important that you take care of yourself so you can take some time out, recharge and be able to keep providing great care.
