Enquire about moving to an Anglicare retirement village today!
Retirement living is first and foremost a lifestyle decision, but understanding retirement village costs and fees is an essential part of choosing the right home for your next chapter.
There are many reasons to choose Anglicare when you make the move to retirement living. As the operator of the village, one of our commitments is to be clear and up front about the costs involved — from your ingoing contribution through to any recurrent or departure fees.
Every Anglicare village operates under a village contract that sets out exactly what you'll pay, and when. Depending on the retirement village you choose, you may have a choice of payment models — from our traditional Deferred Management Fee (DMF) structure, which offers flexibility with a percentage-based departure fee, through to our Village Membership model, which gives residents a fixed one-off fee, no departure fee, and fortnightly recurrent charges that never change. Whichever option suits your circumstances, our team will walk you through the details so you can choose with confidence.
