This group of highly skilled and passionate individuals make up Anglicare’s Executive Team. Their faithful leadership sets a loving example as we call all Anglicare staff to act with integrity, justice, compassion and excellence.

Meet the team

Simon Miller
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Anglicare, Simon was a Managing Director and Senior Partner at The Boston Consulting Group with over 14 years’ experience in advising the Boards, CEOs and Executives of Australia’s top companies on strategy, growth, digital transformation, advanced analytics, and mergers and acquisitions. In previous roles he was First Assistant Secretary at the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Deputy Director-General at the Department of Water and Energy, Policy Director to the Premier of NSW and Chief of Staff to the Treasurer of NSW. Early in his career he was Executive Officer for the Social Issues Committee of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney. Simon holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), and a Master of Public Affairs and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Christ Church Inner West Anglican Community and worships at St John’s Ashfield.
Maryann Curry
Chief Executive Residential Care
Maryann has significant experience in aged care management including clinical care improvements and regulatory compliance, emergency management, COVID-19 outbreak management and infection prevention and control. Her previous leadership roles include Director of Clinical Services at Bupa, Chief Nursing Officer and National Quality Director at Estia Health and Chief Operating Officer/Deputy CEO at The Salvation Army Australia – NSW, QLD & ACT.
Andrew Ford
Chief Executive Community and Mission
Andrew was a member of the Anglicare Council from 2009 and lectured in Ethics at Moore Theological College before commencing his role at Anglicare in January 2012. Andrew is a member of Soul Revival Anglican Church, Kirrawee. He also serves as a member of the Sydney University Human Research and Ethics Committee; St Andrew's Cathedral School Council; The Anglican Schools Corporation Board; the Synod of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney; and the General Synod of the Anglican Church of Australia.
Victoria Lee
Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer
As Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Victoria guides the development and implementation of Anglicare’s strategy, with the aim of growing Anglicare’s impact over the long term. Victoria brings experience in strategy, transformation, data and innovation. Prior to joining Anglicare, Victoria led the strategy, risk, legal and people functions at Hireup, a technology scale-up in the disability sector. Victoria was also Principal at the Boston Consulting group for over 12 years, where she was a leader in the Education, Employment and Welfare topic advising governments, foundations and non-profits on topics including early childhood, disability, housing, digital education and future of work. Victoria holds a Masters of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from the University of New South Wales. Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, and as a family they worship at Lane Cove Mowbray Anglican.
Yvette McDonald
Chief People and Customer Officer
Yvette is a deeply experienced senior people and culture professional with a proven track record in aligning culture with strategy, organisational design, customer alignment, leadership development, employee engagement, training design and facilitation. Yvette has held an executive Human Resources role with Ferrero Australia and national roles with Coca-Cola Amatil and Thorn Australia (Radio Rentals). She has also been the principal consultant for Elixan Consulting. She has an MBA, Masters of Commerce (Human Resources Management) and Bachelor of Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD). Yvette and her family worship at St John’s Ashfield.
Cassandra Mathews
Chief Executive Seniors Living
Cassandra joined Anglicare with extensive experience in leading and supporting significant transformation and moving organisations to operational and financial maturity across industries. She has a breadth of experience through supporting major clients in roles with leading consultancies, Arthur Anderson and KPMG, both within Australia and globally, and as a partner at KordaMentha. More recently, Cassandra was the Chief Financial Officer at Northern Beaches Hospital. 
Greg Muddle
Chief Financial Officer
Greg completed his Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University in 1986 and has been a qualified chartered accountant for over 25 years. Greg obtained his professional qualifications with KPMG, working in the Audit & Advisory practice for 11 years. On leaving the profession he has held senior finance roles in both local and multi-national companies in the financial services sector covering a broad range of responsibilities including tax and compliance, prudential reporting, risk management, and systems implementation. He has held the role of CFO for two Australian domiciled insurers before joining Anglicare in 2016. Greg and his wife Robyn are members of Blacktown Anglican Church.
Sonali Pinto
Executive General Manager – Clinical Governance
Sonali has ten years' experience in clinical governance at the highest strategic levels. Prior to joining Anglicare, she was Head of Clinical Governance and Development at Bupa. In this role Sonali provided clinical and quality leadership and direction for the clinical services team members and operational teams and assisted in developing COVID Response and IPC management across 71 homes. Before this, she was Clinical Director – Clinical Governance, Quality Risk and Compliance with Achieve Australia, a role which also encompassed the clinical education needs of staff and accreditation of the organisation across several different accreditation frameworks. Sonali and her family are active members of St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church at Winston Hills.
Mick Young
Chief Information Officer
Mick is a senior technology executive with extensive experience developing and executing information technology, digital and data strategies to deliver business transformation. He has broad experience working both in Australia and overseas in the financial services, property and telecommunications sectors. He has worked for Andersen Consulting and has had senior roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Stockland and Singtel Optus. Most recently, Mick led the IT Strategy, Risk and Security teams at icare NSW. Mick holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney. He is an active member of St James’ Anglican Church, Croydon.
Simon Brookes
Simon is a senior inhouse lawyer with significant experience including advising listed entities, private equity and public sector on industry specific regulation, governance, mergers and acquisitions and competition and consumer law. He has lived and worked both in Australia and Asia (Hong Kong SAR, Hanoi and Jakarta). Simon was the Deputy Group General Counsel at Telstra Corporation Limited and is a former partner of Mallesons Stephen Jacques (now known as King and Wood Mallesons). He has a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
