Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer

As Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Victoria guides the development and implementation of Anglicare’s strategy, with the aim of growing Anglicare’s impact over the long term.

Victoria brings experience in strategy, transformation, data and innovation. Prior to joining Anglicare, Victoria led the strategy, risk, legal and people functions at Hireup, a technology scale-up in the disability sector. Victoria was also Principal at the Boston Consulting group for over 12 years, where she was a leader in the Education, Employment and Welfare topic advising governments, foundations and non-profits on topics including early childhood, disability, housing, digital education and future of work.

Victoria holds a Masters of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from the University of New South Wales. Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, and as a family they worship at Lane Cove Mowbray Anglican.
