Our free parenting courses support parents and carers to build confidence, strengthen family relationships and develop practical parenting skills.

Courses are available throughout the year. You can join a group parenting course during school terms, or access one-to-one support at any time, depending on your needs and availability.

Our parenting courses provide practical strategies to help you understand your child’s development, respond to challenges and build positive relationships at home. They can also help you connect with other parents and carers, learn about local services and supports, and feel more confident in your parenting.

A parent’s perspective

“I acknowledge her feelings now.”

See how one parent’s experience of Anglicare’s Tuning in to Kids course helped change the way she responded to her child’s emotions.

Anglicare acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the original and ongoing custodians of the lands and waters on which we live and work.

Inspired by the gospel of reconciliation in Jesus Christ, Anglicare's vision for reconciliation is a nation in which Australia's First Peoples are restored in dignity, respect, empowerment and opportunity.
