Living constantly with feelings of stress, anxiety and depression can be exhausting. But if you live, study or work in Sydney’s northern suburbs, you may be eligible for a FREE counselling service. 

Using the service is easy, with a range of remote and face-to-face options to choose from. It does not require a doctor’s referral, formal diagnosis or a mental health care plan.

We can even work with your organisation to run a relevant in-person group session for your team.

Online Group Support

FREE group sessions to support your wellbeing and offer guidance on a wide range of topics from grief, motherhood, self-confidence and more! Sessions are held online for an hour in a small group setting.
