    *6-Month Money Back Guarantee:
    This offer is only available to new residents (not currently residing in an Anglicare retirement village): 
    a) that move into their premises under the retirement village contract between 14 April 2025 and 30 September 2025;  
    b) that pay their ingoing contribution for the premises and execute the retirement village contract by 30 September 2025; and 
    c) where one or more of the residents have not previously used this offer. 
     
    Subject to items 1 and 3, if the residents permanently vacate their premises and terminate their retirement village contract within 6 months of the date they first took possession of the premises, Anglicare will refund to the residents: 
    a) the ingoing contribution (except for any deductions permitted under any other offer the residents have used in connection with the premises such as the contribution towards any downsizing services); and  
    b) any recurrent charges paid under the retirement village contract. 
     
    This offer is subject to and conditional on the residents: 
    a) providing at least two (2) weeks written notice to Anglicare Village Management prior to permanently vacating the premises; 
    b) not moving into a residential aged care facility (whether operated by Anglicare or another provider) or another retirement village operated by Anglicare; 
    c) providing vacant possession of the premises no more than 6 months of the entry date under their retirement village contract. For clarity, the residents must have returned all keys and removed all furniture, belongings and personal effects; 
    d) residents will have a maximum 4 weeks to provide vacant possession, from their departure date, i.e. date they physically leave the unit/villa to be eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee. 
    e) removing and reinstating any alterations or additions to the premises made by the residents, except where Anglicare has provided written consent; 
    f) making good any damage to the premises caused by the residents; 
    g) returning the premises in the same condition as the premises were received when the residents first took occupation, fair wear and tear excluded; and 
    h) leaving the premises in a neat and tidy condition.
     
    **Goodwin Village Apartments Limited Offer:
     
    Eligibility:
    Offer available to new residents who pay a deposit at Goodwin Village between 1st October to 31st December 2025 and collect their keys by 31st March 2026. Not available to existing residents or to those transferring between residences within Goodwin Village. 
     
    Option 1 – “Freedom to Choose” Furniture Package:
    Purchasers may select a fully furnished residence (cost of furnishing included in the unit price) OR choose from one of three curated furniture lookbooks developed by Freedom ID (Moore Park), featuring in-stock items. Furniture package value is capped at $5,000 per unit (inclusive of GST). Any selections made above this value are payable by the purchaser. Furniture items are subject to availability and may be substituted with equivalent products if required. 
     
    Option 2 – “Live Free for 6 Months”:
    Recurrent charges (fixed recurrent village fees) will be waived for the first six (6) months following settlement. Standard recurrent charges will apply from month seven (7) onwards, as per the Village Contract. All other costs, including personal expenses, optional services, and variable charges, remain payable by the resident. 
     
    Inclusion with Either Option – “Free Month of Meals”:
    Eligible residents will receive a daily café voucher, valid Monday to Friday, for the first one (1) month of occupancy. Vouchers are valid only at the Goodwin Village café, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Lost or expired vouchers will not be reissued. 
     
    General Conditions:
    Only one offer may be selected per residence (Furniture Package OR Live Free for 6 Months). This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Anglicare reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice. Acceptance of this offer is deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 
     
    Disclaimer:
    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions alters the terms of the Village Contract. In the event of inconsistency, the Village Contract prevails.
