Based in the Bondi area, Anglicare Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs) provides mentoring and groups to support people living with mental illness.
The Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS) is an early intervention support service for families with children or young people (0-18 years old) affected by, or at risk of developing a mental illness. Our focus is to improve the child's wellbeing and we work with the whole family to achieve this. The service is free and operates in the Shoalhaven and Port Kembla/Dapto areas.

This innovative arts-based program offers a creative and encouraging environment for people who are experiencing or at risk of developing mental health challenges. Art Space is a place where people can develop artistic skills, gain confidence, build relationships and re-engage with the community. We offer a free weekly group for people of all ages, Fridays 1pm-3pm, Anglicare Bondi Office, 240 Birrell St, Bondi Junction.
