Recovery and independence means something different to everyone. It could include things like being able to manage daily activities, accessing community activities, living independently, building self-confidence and managing life’s transitions such as returning to work or education.
We recognise that every person is an individual, at different life stages and have individual goals for the future. We’re committed to providing services that meet current needs as well as supporting participants to develop skills and work towards goals that will improve their quality of life in the future.
